Special Paul's Muesli Recipe

Soak equal quantities of Paul's Original Muesli with your favourite organic juice (apple works really well).
Leave for a few minutes while you grate an apple and add two large tablespoons of low fat yoghurt and serve. Yum!

Crunchy Apple Crumble

4 Granny Smith Apples peeled, cored and sliced
3 tablespoons apricot or mango juice
2 bananas thinly sliced
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Cook apples in juice and cinnamon until soft.
Place in ovenproof dish and cover with banana.

Make a crumble from: 8 tablespoons of Paul's Tropical Fruit or Original Muesli, 4 tablespoons of rolled oats, 1 tablespoon of butter
Spread crumble mix over dish and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Enjoy!

Paul's Muesli and Pear Muffins

3 Eggs
55g brown sugar
50g flour
2 pears - thinly sliced
200g Pauls's Honey Buzz Muesli
2ml Vanilla essence
Cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together well and spoon evenly into a muffin tray.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Muesli Bars

2 cups rolled oats
6 crushed weetbix
½ cup sultanas
60g chopped dried apricots
1/3 cup honey
1 cup 100% orange juice
2 egg whites

Combine oats, weetbix, sultanas and apricots in a bowl.
Place honey and orange juice in a small saucepan and bring to the boil.
Reduce and simmer for 8-10 mins or until syrup is formed.
Stir syrup into oats mixture then mix in egg whites.
Press mixture into 18 x 28 cm lined baking tray.
Bake in moderate oven for 20-25 mins or until golden brown.
Allow to cool then cut into bars.
